The official website for the upcoming television anime adaptation of Koume Fujichika's manga "The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses" has revealed exciting news for anime fans. The anime news includes a key visual, the first promotional video, cast, staff, and a July premiere date. The show will feature Masahiro Itou as Kaede Komura and Shion Wakayama as Ai Mie.




GoHands will produce the anime, with Susumu Kudo as the chief director. The director of "The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again Today" and "Cinderella Nine," Kudo, will lead the team. Meanwhile, Katsumasa Yokomine will serve as the series director. Tamazō Yanagi is the scriptwriter, Shingo Suzuki is the concept artist, Takayuki Uchida is the character designer, and Hiroshi Okubo is the main animator. The chief animation directors include Keiji Tani, Makoto Furuta, and Takayuki Uchida. Hisashi Muramatsu is the sound director at Glovision, and Jimmy Thumb P will compose the music at Flying Dog.
